Steam Generators
Steam generators are units capable of separating drops carrying impurities (particles, pyrogens, etc.) and therefore produce constantly high quality pure steam.
For this purpose, the steam generator usually has the following parts:
- A column shaped tank or expansion chamber
- A sanitary heat exchanger or electrical elements for heating and evaporation of water
This design produces a thermosyphoning effect, which allows easily regulation of steam production. The column becomes an energy tank that when storing water guarantees the stability of production even during peak demand. These units can be supplied with the following options: condenser unit for distilled water production, energy recovery and degassing system, inlet water conductivity and/or condensed pure steam monitoring, graphic recorder, etc.
